Fusebox/Consumer Unit Upgrades
With more and more electrical equipment being used in the home, be sure you are covered with the latest safety features on newer fuse boards. RCD's & MCB's are in place to protect you against faulty appliances and equipment.
All fuse board upgrades are to the latest standards and come with a full test and inspection of your home with up to a 5 year certificate. If you would like your fuse board moved to a more convenient position or out of sight, this is easier than you may think, get in touch with your requirements for a free friendly consultation.
Electrics Tripping or won't come back on? Our electricians have the knowledge and equipment to quickly diagnose and repair issues causing tripping RCD's & MCB's.

Landlord or Holiday Let?
It is now law that any domestic property that is being rented out either long term or short term must have a satisfactory Electrical Inspection and Condition Report (EICR). If you don't have this you could be breaking the law.
It's a simple process, we test in full your rental property, fusebox, sockets, lights etc and all of the fixed wiring and produce a report. The inspection takes between 2-4 hours depending on the size of the property.
We also offer PAT testing alongside EICR for rentals!
Most Domestic properties have a 5-10 year periodic inspection period. You should be able to find the date of your last inspection and when the next is due by looking for an inspection sticker on your fuse board. It is recommended that you follow these dates to ensure your electrical wiring hasn't deteriorated since the last test, to make sure the safety devices operate correctly and that they are still appropriate for the latest regulations and your home.
