The Ohme 7kW ePod is a compact, untethered, smart EV charger that's easy to use and compatible with all electric vehicles (Type 1 and Type 2). Simple to control using the buttons on the front of the charger, or via the smartphone app where you'll be able to start, stop and schedule charging, monitor energy usage to keep track of charging costs and connect to your electricity tariff, allowing the app to automatically schedule your EV to charge during off-peak hours.
Easy to install and use, the ePod is compatible with all plug-in electric vehicles and will seamlessly integrate with your energy provider, such as the Intelligent Octopus Tariff, to provide smart charging schedules with heavily discounted off-peak energy. You'll be able to set a max price cap per kWh to keep control of costs, set charging schedules and a target battery charge percentage to ensure that your electric car is ready for the journey ahead.
A multinet sim card keeps the Ohme ePod online and ready to receive information via the Ohme app as well as receiving the latest over-the-air firmware and software updates.
The Ohme ePod charger is also compliant with the latest Smart Charge Point Regulations and powered by the same technology as the award-winning Ohme Home Pro.
